Who we are

Cloud Mist Labs is a software consulting practice based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. This page applies to the cloudmistlabs.com website. Engagements are governed by per-project agreements that may contain additional terms.

What we collect

• Contact form. The name, email, and message you submit, plus a timestamp and the URL the form was submitted from.
• Careers form. The name, email, optional links and PDF attachment, and message you submit.
• Booking. Calendar slots are scheduled via Cal.com. The metadata you provide them (name, email, timezone, notes) is governed by their policy. We receive the calendar event in our inbox.
• Analytics. Aggregate page-view counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookieless. No per-visitor identifiers. No cross-site tracking.

What we don't

• Tracking cookies.
• Third-party advertising trackers.
• Session replay or behavioural recording.
• Selling, renting, or sharing your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

Retention

• Contact-form submissions: up to 12 months.
• Careers submissions: up to 18 months, unless an engagement begins.
• Cal.com booking history: governed by Cal.com.
• Analytics aggregates: indefinite, anonymous, non-identifying.

Where it lives

The site is served from Cloudflare's global edge. Outbound mail uses Resend (US-hosted). Our primary inbox is Zoho (region: AE / EU per Zoho region selection). We choose providers whose defaults align with what we'd want as a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@cloudmistlabs.com and we'll respond within five working days. If you'd rather not contact us by email, the address and phone in the footer are real.

Changes

We update this page when our practice changes. The last-updated date at the top reflects the current revision. If a change materially affects an active engagement, we email the named contact directly.
