These are the general terms for using cloudmistlabs.com. Real engagements are governed by a signed agreement, which supersedes this page wherever the two disagree.
What this covers
This page covers the public website at cloudmistlabs.com — reading it, submitting the contact or careers form, and booking a discovery slot. It is not the agreement under which we deliver work. That agreement is a written Statement of Work, signed by both parties, that names the scope, schedule, fees, and acceptance criteria.
Who we are
Cloud Mist Labs is a software consulting practice based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. The three principals are Ghaith Al Abtah, Fatema Alabdalla, and Saeed Al Dahi. Reach us at hello@cloudmistlabs.com.
Use of the site

Forms and bookings
Submitting the contact, careers, or booking forms does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. We respond within two working days; if we don't, please assume the message didn't reach us and try again.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. Content on it reflects our practice at the time of writing and may evolve. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice for your specific situation; that requires an engagement.
Liability
Our liability for anything arising from the website itself is limited to AED 1,000 in aggregate. Liability under an engagement is governed by the signed Statement of Work for that engagement and supersedes this site-level cap.
Governing law
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the federal laws of the UAE applicable therein.
Changes
We update this page when something material changes about how the site works. The last-updated date at the top reflects the current revision.
